EQUIPMENT REBUILDS
We rebuild various types of equipment to Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications as well as
repair various machine components such as hydraulic
cylinders, gearboxes, differentials, transmissions, axles,
brakes, torque convertors. We also offer valuable advice
where necessary on product improvement for achieving
optimum productivity.
We do electrical panel rewiring to OEM standards.
EQUIPMENT RECLAMATION
We reclaim decommissioned underground trackless
miningequipment and carcasses for recycling purposes
per customerprescription. Where necessary, our skilled
personnel strip theequipment into sizable parts for safe
handling and logistical management from underground
mines.

FABRICATION
We do fabrication of any structure from diagram reference e.g. buckets, h-frames
dog bones, swing levers, chutes.
APPLIED FAILURE ANALYSIS
Utilizing the (AFA) principles is necessary to determine the true root cause of
any failure in every repair where a component is prematurely worn out early
or in an unusual way,or deformed so that the parts can no longer perform the
intended function, or broken.
